The entire program is self-paced so you can engage on your schedule.
If you enroll in The Elevation you will also receive 2 live group coaching Q+A calls and 2 one-on-one mentorship calls with Rio.
Each week you will receive an activation which is a guided meditation or practice designed to activate that week’s intention.
You will also receive 4 teachings + transmissions per week to inspire and direct your focus.
You’ll be added to the community container to celebrate your wins and share in your discoveries with your fellow souls.

I’m Rio, your guide on this journey.
Brother, I’ve walked this path for many years so that I could be your guide.
I lived much of my adult life numbing out and hiding from myself and my spiritual gifts.
I didn’t want to own my uniqueness and purpose because it felt so far off of the well worn path taken by my community. I did all I could to suppress the call to live with more purpose.
I used exercise, drugs, sex, fashion, vanity, pornography, and you-name-it practices to work around my healing and spirituality instead of moving toward or through them.
After years with one foot in partying and the other in spirituality it became clear that only one path would lead me to true fulfillment and peace.
Through a ten year journey to locations around the world and through deep personal healings I was lead to the teachers and trainings which gave me the tools to serve you.
This journey from the shadows to my soul’s calling is my honor to guide you through.

You don’t need to know what your calling is. Through taking this journey you will be attuning yourself to the essence within you that knows the way.
Having a general idea of what passions you have and what lights you up as well as what struggles you would like to help others alleviate is a good start.
You should be willing to open up a dialogue with the divine to reveal what your calling is.
This is a co-creative process with whatever the divine is to you.

Plan on 30-60 minutes daily. Each practice is designed to be concise yet potent rituals that build on each other.
Some practices will resonate with you more than others so you may choose to spend more time if you feel inspired.

Definitely not. Your calling, though it will ultimately be of service to others, does not have to be explicitly supporting or guiding others.
When you’re lit up by your passions, doing what you do with gusto while being witnessed, that is of service to others.

Our main focus is aligning you with your true self instead of your false self (a shame based identity).
Attuning you to who you truly are is the foundation we work from.
This is about who you’re being more than what you do.
We’re cultivating aliveness within you which holds the keys to what your calling is.
We work with whatever arises that seems to get in the way of revealing and activating your purpose.
This co-creation utilizes shadow work, nervous system work, emotional healing, identity shifting, somatics, subconscious reprogramming and manifestation without over complicating your life.
Lastly, we’re doing this with the support and co-creation with Source/God/The Universe so maintaining this connection is key.
