I’m a somatic coach, breathwork facilitator, spiritual + sexual healing guide, writer, and human being committed to the healing and empowerment of gay men and our unique role in this world.

As a seasoned facilitator with 16 years of experience, I use a unique blend of somatic coaching, breathwork, subconscious reprogramming, spiritual principles, cannabis meditation journeys, Non-linear Movement Method, and my personalized practice, Body Talk to restore my clients to their whole and perfected original state.

I was trained in and gathered all of the tools and modalities that had the most profound affects on my own journey as I healed from religious and sexual trauma.

I’ve walked myself and hundreds of people through the shadow realms of our human experience to alchemize the darkest of moments into gifts to be offered to the world.

I guide gay men through healing (sexual and emotional), deepening their spiritual connection, discovering their unique gifts and bringing those gifts and dreams to life.

I believe that when we are freed of unconscious shame we can embrace our sexuality and spirituality in a way that is life giving and in alignment with our role as way-showers in this world.
