Breathwork changed my life.

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that came into my life in 2016 and changed it forever. Until then I had only mental understandings of why I had unwanted patterns and habits in my life.

Through the power of the breath I went deep into my body as the record keeper of things my mind overlooked. As I spent time with this practice it revealed how much I had been holding on to for my entire life and allowed me to release the past.

It also deepened my relationship with spirituality through direct spiritual experiences similar to those of plant medicine journeys.

It’s the most powerful modality I’ve ever worked with.

Most clients say that it’s the first time in their lives that they’ve been able to quiet their minds and connect to their inner child in a way that’s tangible.

I’ve seen clients with depression, anxiety, and trauma see more progress in a few sessions than years in talk therapy.

The practice

It's a simple and wildly powerful practice of breathing deeply for a period of about 30 minutes which moves stagnant energy in the body and mind. 

  • It allows a deeper access to emotional healing beyond what mind-focused modalities are able to transform. 

  • You can think of it as an active meditation which alters your consciousness like a plant-medicine journey but with the safety of knowing you have control of the depth of the journey.

  • It has the potential to deepen your spirituality and your love and acceptance of self.

  • It clears stuck emotions, trauma, and energy rapidly and safely.

  • It uses our breath to bring us into a deeper state of consciousness, overriding our brain to allow the wisdom of our body to be accessed.
